Two young boys shared a connecting 'bonus room' that served as the storage area for all of the toys and other items kids come with these days. The parents wanted to create a more permanent storage solution with built-in cabinets and drawers. I worked with Tim Livingston with Bungalow Woodshop in Marietta to build and install the unit. The sloped ceiling was a challenge with the bookshelves but the end result is exactly what the family was looking for.

Both base cabinets had spots for electrical outlets cut through and adjustible shelves inside. The bookshelves had two adjustable shelves above and below one fixed shelf, used for structural support. The family added the sconce lights and provided the hardware to match.
